As the core department of the factory, the Quality Department is fully responsible for quality control across the entire process — from raw material receiving and parts manufacturing to final assembly.

Tugou Technology

A modern standard factory with 5,000 m² of floor space. The original factory, specialized in R&D and manufacturing of CO₂ rapid cooling technology. The factory is ISO9001:2015 certified. Equipped with modern CNC machining centers and precision inspection equipment. From core component machining to final assembly — a fully independently controlled manufacturing chain to ensure consistently high product quality.

Factory Park

Butterfly Ridge Industrial Park

Xiantang, Dongyuan County, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province, China

Located in Dongyuan County, near the exits of the Yuegan and Hemei expressways. The industrial park has a planned area of 4.6 km², with a factory floor area of approximately 94.46 mu (approx. 6.3 hectares). It is an important component of the "4+1" urbanization platform of Dongyuan County. In the future, it is planned to merge the Yandong Modern Logistics Park, the Xiantang Industrial Park, and the Hudieling Industrial Park into one zone — through spatial integration, infrastructure improvement, and positioning the region as a primary destination for industrial transfer from the "Double Zones."

Incoming Material Inspection：Strictly screen raw materials to ensure each batch meets international standards.Process Monitoring：Establish multi-point detection during CNC precision machining and assembly stages to monitor accuracy and consistency in real-time.Complete Machine Testing：Through pressure testing, durability testing, and functional verification, ensure that the equipment remains stable and reliable under extreme conditions.Factory Inspection：Every piece of equipment must pass the final inspection certification by the quality department before it can be delivered to the customer.
